I'm Tone Wang. I was the chubby kid, then the skinny-fat guy dirty bulking his way through bad internet advice, dealing with acne and zero confidence to take my shirt off anywhere.

Who is this for?
Busy full-time professionals — most of my clients are guys 24–35 working corporate jobs — who want to get lean but can't stay consistent. If you've got a job, limited time, and you're done guessing, this was built for you.
Will I get a meal plan?
No — and that's the point. Meal plans fall apart the moment life happens. I teach you flexible eating around foods you already love, so your diet survives birthdays, work dinners and cravings. You'll never "start again Monday." (meal guides will be provided)
How much time do I actually need?
3-4 gym sessions a week, about an hour each, plus a daily step target you can hit on lunch breaks and phone calls. If you genuinely can't do 3-4 sessions, we build around what you've got.
What's included in the coaching?
A custom training program (Trainerize app), flexible nutrition targets, weekly check-ins with personal video feedback on your progress, form reviews on your lifts, and 24/7 WhatsApp access to me. Everything is 1:1 — no cookie-cutter templates.
